Who is Smitty Ray?
The name Smitty Ray was based on two very special people:
Lloyd M. Smith, Jr. is the son of Mr. Lloyd Smith, Sr., whose nickname was "Smitty".
Raymond Hernandez, Jr. is the son of Mr. Mundo C. Hernandez, who was also known as "Ray".
Raymond & Lloyd have been friends for over twenty-five years and when they decided to form this cook-team,they could think of no better name than after their fathers.
